Classic Blondies
Ingredients

- 1 cuppacked dark brown sugar
- 1 large egg,
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 128 g all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch salt
- 1/3 cup butterscotch chips

Instructions
- Lightly butter and flour an 8x8-inch (20 cm x 20 cm) pan.
- Whisk together the melted butter and sugar in a bowl. Add the egg and vanilla extract and whisk to combine.,Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, and mix it all together.
