Easy and Hearty Slow Cooker Beef Stew
Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds beef stew meat, cut into cubes
- 3 large potatoes, cut into cubes
- 1 pound carrots, cut into 3/4-inch chunks
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
- Combine beef, potatoes, carrots, and onion in a slow cooker.
- Mix together condensed soup, tomato sauce, onion soup mix, parsley, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined; pour over beef mixture.
- Cook on Low until meat and vegetables are tender, 6 to 8 hours. Stir before serving.
