BBQ Chicken Sweet Potato Pizza
Ingredients
- Sweet Potato Pizza Crust
- 1/2 cup 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup 1/2 cup shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 cup 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions
- Prepare the pizza crust.
- Top with sauce, chicken, red onion, and mozzarella cheese, in that order. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and pizza is hot.
- Finish with cilantro. Cut and serve!
