Bananas Foster on the Grill
Ingredients
- ½ banana
- 2 tablespoons coffee-flavored liqueur (such as Kahlua)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat the grill for medium heat.
- Place banana, coffee-flavored liqueur, butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in center of a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Bring up 2 opposite sides of foil to touch; fold twice to seal. Double-fold ends of packet to securely seal.
- Place packet on the preheated grill; cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
